Alexis Chan joined Pacific Legal Foundation in 2019. After learning of PLF, she was inspired by its mission of defending individual liberty. She supports the administration team with day-to-day operations. While her daily tasks include answering phones and emails and mail processing, she also assists with a number of different projects to support other departments.
Growing up in Sacramento, Alexis was involved with various nonprofits and volunteered with different causes, including helping organizations stage charitable events in the Greater Sacramento region.
Alexis earned a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Although she is partial to the Santa Barbara landscape, she enjoys hiking and exploring the great outdoors of Northern California.
