Caitlyn Kinard is a litigation fellow working with Pacific Legal Foundation’s Equality and Opportunity team. Caitlyn took an interest in constitutional law and the liberty movement at an early age. She was on her high school’s public forum debate team, and she later studied political science at the University of Georgia.
After graduating from UGA, Caitlyn attended law school at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia. During law school, she worked on The George Mason Law Review and took a particular interest in constitutional law while working in the Free Speech Clinic there. She joined PLF after a one-year legal associate position at the Cato Institute.
In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her two cats, Nugget and Nori. She also loves reading, crocheting, and watching true-crime documentaries when she is not working on advancing liberty!
