Christian Schneider is the op-ed editor for PLF’s Communications and Outreach team.

During his career, Christian has served as a staff columnist for both USA Today and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He has been a long-time contributor to National Review. His columns have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the New York Post.

He is also the author of a humorous novel, 1916: The Blog, which Kirkus Reviews said, “Delivers plenty of laughs…A smart, layered satire for historians and cultural critics alike.”

Christian is also the co-host of Wasn’t That Special, a podcast covering the first 50 years of “Saturday Night Live.” He is a fan of all Wisconsin-based sports teams and a former dried-meats influencer.
