Gillian Bosquet is Pacific Legal Foundation’s HR Benefits & Compliance director. Gillian brings nearly two decades of experience leading people operations for mission-driven organizations across education, advocacy, and technology. Most recently, she served as HR director at Gaggle, an edtech safety company, with prior leadership roles as senior HR director at Special Olympics Illinois and executive HR lead with Target Stores. She holds a master’s degree in philosophy (business ethics and bioethics focus) from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as SPHR certification and an HRCI certificate in HR ethics.
