Karmen Bushman joined PLF in January 2025 as Lead Paralegal and E-Discovery Specialist, where she coordinates and manages all aspects of the firm’s discovery process. She partners closely with the Litigation team on the collection, review, and production of e-discovery, as well as serving as the Lead Paralegal for the Property Rights practice group.
Karmen has a B.S. degree in history from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a post-graduate paralegal certificate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She has over 14 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal, previously working for a Green Bay law firm, where she gained extensive knowledge in the litigation process, honing her skills in e-discovery and trial work.
Outside of work, Karmen enjoys traveling, checking out local breweries, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her husband and her very energetic dog, Dwight.
