Laura D’Agostino is an attorney in Virginia and part of the PLF’s economic liberty practice group.

She has extensive experience in complex employment, commercial, and real estate litigation. She has represented various clients in matters affecting all areas of business operations, including litigation and dispute resolution.

Her passion for economic liberty stems from her upbringing and involvement in her own family’s small business. In this role, Laura assumed significant management responsibilities as she interacted with local government officials and navigated the complex regulatory framework to ensure success.

Prior to joining PLF, Laura worked as an employment law associate for Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, P.C., as well as a litigation associate for Jackson & Campbell, P.C. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Tracy C. Hudson in the Circuit Court for the Thirty-First Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

Laura earned a B.A. degree in government and international politics from George Mason University, where she was a member of Students for Liberty. She simultaneously obtained her J.D. from Antonin Scalia Law School and a master’s degree in public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. During law school, Laura served as a Notes editor for the George Mason Civil Rights Law Journal and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic, where she helped draft an amicus brief that was filed in Sensational Smiles LLC v. Mullen. She is admitted to the Virginia and D.C. bars. .

When not working, Laura enjoys reading, scenic walks, culinary adventures, engaging conversations, and spending time with her family.

Laura is a member of the bar only in the states of Virginia and D.C.
