Michael Lynch is a litigation fellow in the Property Rights group at Pacific Legal Foundation.
A Long Island native, Michael studied mathematics at SUNY Stony Brook, where he became interested in constitutional law after taking a class titled The Erosion of Civil Liberties. After undergrad, Michael graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, he served as an articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. He also interned for two federal judges in the Eastern District of New York.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading about the Constitution and originalism and watching the Knicks and Yankees.
