Nick Clifford is a litigation fellow at Pacific Legal Foundation.
A native Hoosier, Nick attended Indiana University in Bloomington for both undergraduate and law school. While in law school he was co-president of his Federalist Society and was an Ostrom Fellow studying Economics and the Anti-Federalist Papers.
Before coming to PLF as a litigation fellow, Nick clerked a summer at PLF and for Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA). He also interned for the Cato Institute, Heritage Foundation, and Judge Ryan Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Outside of law school Nick loves studying the ideas of freedom and has done fellowships with the Hudson Institute, Hertog Foundation, Common Sense Society, Cicero Institute, Mercatus Center, and the James Wilson Institute.
In his free time Nick enjoys reading about history and trying his best at bar trivia.
