 Operations Associate |

Nina Ruiz is an operations associate in Pacific Legal Foundation’s Washington, DC, office, where she supports daily operations to help advance PLF’s mission of defending individual liberty and constitutional rights.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Nina recently graduated from Gordon College with a degree in philosophy and a concentration in peace and conflict studies. She was drawn to PLF’s work through her academic study of thinkers like Robert Nozick, as well as philosophers such as Emmanuel Levinas and Martin Buber, whose work emphasizes the inherent dignity and inviolability of the individual.

Nina is excited to contribute to PLF’s mission and to be part of a team committed to limiting government overreach and protecting freedom.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing organized sports, spending time outdoors, traveling overseas, and reading—particularly literature.
