Sam Rutzick is a litigation fellow with Pacific Legal Foundation, with a long interest in constitutional law and property rights. A graduate of Columbia University and George Washington Law School, Sam was active with the Federalist Society, the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic.
During this time, he wrote for a variety of different outlets, including The Baltimore Times, RealClearEnergy, Navajo Times, and The Washington Free Beacon, among others. He also has appeared on Fox News. Interning on the Hill, at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, Reason magazine, and a previous summer clerkship at Pacific Legal Foundation, Sam long has been active advocating for liberty-focused policies.
In his spare time, Sam is an avid reader, movie-watcher, and museum-goer, spending far too much time at the Smithsonian.
