Sydney Madigan

Legal Fellow |

Sydney Madigan joined Pacific Legal Foundation in August 2024. Before coming to PLF, she clerked for the Hon. Joseph L. Falvey, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Sydney’s interest in the liberty movement took root while a student at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as the Federalist Society Chapter president. She was further spurred onto this fight by the writings of Gerard Casey and Bryan Caplan.

In addition to her law degree, Sydney holds a degree in mathematics from Christendom College, where she researched the philosophical controversy surrounding computer-assisted proofs.

Sydney and her husband live in Virginia with their children. She loves (in no particular order) Star Wars, beachcombing, Disney World, Latin dance music, costume designing, the traditional Latin Mass, orchids, and cross-stitching. Bluey is her spirit animal.
