WA Senate Demands Better Eminent Domain Warnings for Citizens

According to the Clark County (WA) Columbian, the Washington State Senate wants to increase the notice that eminent domain victims get before their property is taken. Of course, "notice" does nothing to help people when the courts refuse to protect those people. It just means that they know earlier on that they're going to have their property rights violated.
