What's the status of the Obamacare cases?

I have prepared a new revision of my list of the Obamacare cases, and you can read it here. It lists 20 pending cases—including the seven cases now pending in the Courts of Appeal (two in the Fourth Circuit and one each in the Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, Eleventh, and D.C.
