10: 30 Eastern Updates

North Dakota is reporting a 68-32 margin in favor of Measure 2, with just over a third of precincts reporting.  Fourteen percent of precincts have reported in Michigan, and approval on Proposition 4 is holding at 82%.  A similar steady trend still is showing in New Hampshire, where 69% of precincts now have reported and support for eminent domain reform is holding at 86%.

And in Arizona, nearly 20% of precincts have reported results.  63% of votes are "Yes" thus far on Proposition 207.
