Do professionals have any First Amendment rights?

In the latest issue of Regulation, I look at the legal doctrine of "professional speech," a subject the Supreme Court has almost completely ignored.

The article was completed before the Supreme Court considered the petition in Hines v. Texas Vet Board, and I'm sorry to say the Court chose yet again not to take up this vital question.
