"Nothing to see here!"

That's pretty much the Saganaw (MI) News's take on a property rights proposal on Michigan's ballots in November. 

The arguments are nothing new, but they are presented here in a more-confusing-than-usual fashion.  The odd reference to "[t]he so-called Kelo decision" is fairly representative.
