Eminent Domain Restrictions Approved in 9 States, Rejected in 3

Jurist brings us a brief report on the success of eminent domain reform in several states on Tuedsay. Note, however, that the report is in error in saying reform was rejected in three states. Washington's I-933 did not address eminent domain at all, so eminent domain reform measures were rejected in only two states.
