Property rights groups support fireworks case

To follow up on yesterday's blog post about the supreme court's denial of review in Gualala Festivals Committee v. California Coastal Commission, it should be noted that four organizations came to the Festivals Committee's side. 

The following groups filed amicus curiae (friend-of-the-court) briefs in support of the Committee's request for review by the supreme court, and they are to be thanked for their efforts:

Citizens' Alliance for Property Rights (CAPR), Ventura County Chapter

California Business Properties Association

California Building Industry Association
