PLF wins Supreme Court case – Koontz v. St Johns

In a 5-4 decision authored by Justice Alito, the Supreme Court handed PLF client Coy Koontz, Jr., a victory against a Florida agency who attempted to extort money from him in the land-use permitting process.  This is PLF’s seventh win in the Supreme Court (out of eight cases before the Court).
