A not-so-affordable answer to the housing shortage

The lack of affordable housing is a real crisis. We need and deserve meaningful solutions. At the very least, we need to discuss the cost of overregulation on middle and low income families. Today, the Daily Caller published my op-ed opposing so-called “inclusionary zoning” regulations and proposing a real solution to the housing problem.
