Eleventh Circuit strikes down Obamacare

Update: Here's the decision.
Breaking news: we have just received word that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has held Obamacare unconstitutional. More information as it comes in.
This is the big Florida case. (PLF filed this amicus brief.) The Wall Street Journal has more; reporting that it is a 2-1 decision holding that the Individual Mandate is "a wholly novel and potentially unbounded assertion of congressional authority." We will post the deicsion as soon as it is available. Apparently it's more than 300 pages long, so it's taking a while to download!
