Eminent Domain Abuse in Missouri

Timothy Lee of the Show-Me Institute has issued a new report on the abuse of eminent domain in Missouri, the state that probably has the worst laws on eminent domain in the country. (I consulted on an early draft of the report.) He has some comments about the report here.
