Eminent Domain in Prime Time

A synopsis of tonight's episode of "CSI: Miami":

The government is about to seize an entire neighborhood by eminent domain when the politician backing the move is found murdered and everyone in the neighborhood is a suspect on "CSI: Miami" (10 p.m. CBS).

(Not at all the way I would recommend combating eminent domain abuse in Miami, for the record.)
