The Supreme Court decides a case. Then what? The Court’s ruling may settle one dispute, but its decisions affect future cases, policy, and markets, often in ways that no one anticipated.
On November 11, join Pacific Legal Foundation and the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy at George Mason University for a symposium exploring the broader impact of recent and upcoming Supreme Court decisions on civil rights and individual liberties.
This symposium will examine what the Court’s decisions mean in practice and how they could shape the law for years to come. The event will begin with a keynote lunch, followed by panel discussions.
Van Metre Hall’s Multipurpose Room is accessible via the Metro and is a short walk from the Virginia Square/GMU stop on the Orange/Silver Line.
