[Past Event] – How Government Regulated Away Property Rights

Date: March 21, 2024
Location: Virtual via Zoom
Time: 3:00-4:00 p.m. EDT/12:00-1:00 p.m. PDT

Property rights are THE fundamental rights that protect all others in our Constitution.

For as long as individuals have owned property, governments have tried to undermine and regulate these natural rights away. Understanding the past and present threats that governments pose to property rights is essential to protecting them now and in the future.

Join PLF and our panel of experts for a primer on the history of property rights, how they have been demoted to second-class rights in America, and what we can do to restore them to their full constitutional status.

This is the first event in our four-part event series on property rights in America. This series will break down the history of property rights, introduce you to the most pressing threats to those rights today, and discuss ways that you can help protect your rights—now, and in the future.
