Federal judge strikes down individual mandate

We have just received word that Judge Henry E. Hudson has struck down individual mandate in the Common Wealth of Virginia's challenge to the Patients Protection and Affordable Care Act. As explained in this video, Pacific Legal Foundation filed a brief in support of the Commonwealth's challenge:
