Former Commission Member on Obama Review Team

The Westerner reports that Cecilia Estolano, currently Chief Executive Officer of the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles, and a former Coastal Commission member (1999-2002), is on President-Elect Obama's EPA review team.
