Fox News interviews PLF Endangered Species Act client

Bob Slobe can't develop his land because it is designated as "critical habitat" for the valley elderberry longhorn beetle under the Endangered Species Act — this is so even though the government has recognized that the beetle is not an endangered or threatened species.
