In a previous post I mentioned Anthony Martin, the Missouri Ombudsman for Eminent Domain, who has filed a friend of the court brief in support of PLF clients Homer and Julie Tourkakis in the Missouri Supreme Court. Here is the Ombudsman's website. He has posted some disturbing pictures of what qualifies as "blight" in Missouri.
