NR/PLF Supreme Court forum airs on C-SPAN tonight

National Review and Pacific Legal Foundation today jointly sponsored a forum on the new U.S. Supreme Court term, and C-SPAN will be airing the program in its entirely tonight, at 9:05 p.m. ET and 1:15 a.m. ET.

Participants included James S. Burling, PLF’s Director of Litigation; John P. Elwood, Partner, Vinson & Elkins’s Appellate Practice Group and Supreme Court blogger; and Lisa S. Blatt, Chair, Arnold & Porter LLP’s Supreme Court Practice.  The forum was moderated by Greg Stohr, Supreme Court Correspondent for Bloomberg News/BusinessWeek.
