On Monday, I’ll be presenting argument in the First District Court of Appeal, 350 McAllister Street, 4th floor, in San Francisco.  The appeal, on the 9 a.m. calendar, is in Gualala Festivals Committee v. California Coastal Commission, and concerns whether the Commission can put the kibosh on the Committee’s plans to have a Fourth of July fireworks display this year.
