PLF adds leading land-use attorney in Florida

PLF is proud to announce that veteran land-use attorney, Alan DeSerio, has joined the Foundation as the Managing Attorney of its East Coast (Atlantic Center) office in Stuart, Florida.  Alan is a land-use and condemnation practitioner with broad experience in both the private and public sectors, with an unmatched passion for individual liberty and private property rights.
