PLF's Timothy Sandefur talks about Lincoln and the Constitution in Houston Thursday

I’ll be speaking at Lone Star College in Kingwood, Texas, on Thursday, about why defenders of freedom should embrace the legacy of Abraham Lincoln. Sadly, many people who otherwise cherish the constitutional principles of freedom have argued that the Confederacy was on the right side in the Civil War. I will try to explain why in fact the Union’s cause was the cause of liberty.
