PLF's Timothy Sandefur testifies to Senate about how restricting economic liberty harms minorities
I testified yesterday before the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts about how over-regulation harms members of minority groups. Joining me in testifying were Michael Barrera of the LIBRE Initiative, and Harry Alford of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, among others.
