Prop. 99 Proves Worthless to Long Beach Homeowners

It is not very surprising that the city of Long Beach has found a way to get around the very weak protections for property rights offered in Proposition 99, and to condemn even owner occupied homes. The California Alliance to Protect Property Rights has the story here.
