Reason on Harmon v. Markus

Reason put together this nice video on Harmon v. Markus, a case in which PLF urges the Supreme Court to take up the plight of a landowner who has been subjected to New York City’s Rent Stabilization Law.  PLF’s brief is featured in the video and was joined by the Cato Institute and Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute.
