Small-Business Groups Hail Executive Order on Eminent Domain

Inc.com has this story on small business groups, including the National Federation of Independent Business, praising President Bush for his executive order regarding eminent domain. Unfortunately, as we've detailed here, the order does virtually nothing to protect small businesses or anyone else from the abuse of eminent domain.
