St. Louis Thursday

I will be speaking to the St. Louis Federalist Society on Thursday about eminent domain. Also on the panel with me are the Show Me Institute's Dave Roland, as well as attorneys Gerald Carmody and Alan Bornstein. The discussion will probably center around the City of Arnold v. Tourkakis case I argued before the Missouri Supreme Court in January. The public is welcome to attend. More information here.
