Development Data Manager |

Caroline Gray-Klahr joined the Pacific Legal Foundation team in 2014. As the Development Data Manager, she is a logical and detail oriented individual who takes pride in keeping timely accurate data for reliable reporting and interpretation.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Carol grew up aspiring to come to America to live the American dream. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and working a couple of years, she came to the United States looking for new opportunities for herself and her family. Over the years, she has worked as a computer programmer for a major financial institution and a manufacturing company, a medical corporation and her late husband’s VAR computer business. While raising her children, she managed a food supplement business and was the Finance Chair for her church all while maintaining several roles in the PTA, organizing volunteer mission trips, and spearheading fundraising.

From owning her own business and working with non-profits, Carol realized the importance of individual rights and the need to defend them. Being a part of the fight for American ideals and constitutional rights that she had dreamed about has been rewarding.

Beyond the office, Carol is a wife, a mother to six adult children busy with their careers, and a grandmother to a growing number of grandchildren. She enjoys serving at her local church, spending time with her family, long walks, bike rides, and Zumba.
