Danny Morales is a Litigation Fellow at Pacific Legal Foundation, where he works to defend and uphold the rights guaranteed to every individual by the Constitution.

After earning his B.S. in finance from Penn State University, Danny worked in the financial services industry for a multitude of years within the capital markets and investment banking space. After deciding to pursue a career in constitutional law, he received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2024. As a law student, he was involved with the Georgetown Center for the Constitution and The Federalist Society and did externship work at the Rutherford Institute and Georgetown’s Habeas Corpus practicum. After graduating from law school in 2024, he worked as an associate at a law firm in New York City within their Financial Services litigation group.

When he’s not working, Danny enjoys traveling, history, reading, listening to podcasts, and attending sporting events. He resides in Washington, DC.
