Jill Levickas is a project manager at Pacific Legal Foundation, where she helps drive strategic initiatives that support the organization’s work advancing individual liberty and limited government.
She has more than 20 years of experience leading complex technology and operational programs, with a focus on improving processes, strengthening accountability, and ensuring effective execution across teams.
Before joining PLF, Jill worked across the hospitality, gaming, and financial technology sectors, where she led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, implement enterprise systems, and strengthen controls in highly regulated environments. Her work is grounded in clear communication, disciplined project management, and aligning day-to-day execution with broader organizational goals.
Jill holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a BS degree in mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Originally from Chicago, Jill brings a grounded, practical perspective to her work shaped by her Midwestern roots. Outside of the office, she is an avid hiker who enjoys exploring the outdoors and capturing natural landscapes through photography.
