Separation of Powers

Justin Booker is a Litigation Fellow in Pacific Legal Foundation’s Separation of Powers group, where he defends individual liberty and constitutional limits on government power.

Justin earned his J.D. from Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina, and his B.S. in business management with a concentration in finance from North Carolina State University. In law school, Justin served as two-term president of Campbell’s chapter of The Federalist Society, was associate editor of the Campbell Law Observer—where he worked to establish the op-ed page—and was inducted into the Order of Old Kivett for his performance on the Moot Court team.

In his free time, Justin enjoys golfing, reading political philosophy, listening to jazz, and spending time with his wife, Abigail, and two German shepherds, Mavis and Margot.
