As HR manager, Operations & Payroll, Kayla Poli helps ensure Pacific Legal Foundation’s people and operations are supported by reliable, thoughtful, and effective processes. She works behind the scenes to help payroll, human resources, and organizational operations run smoothly, creating an environment where employees have the support, resources, and systems they need to do their best work in advancing individual liberty and defending Americans’ constitutional rights.
Kayla was drawn to PLF’s mission of empowering everyday Americans to stand up to government overreach and holding government accountable to the people it serves. She values the opportunity to contribute to an organization dedicated to protecting individual liberty and reinforcing the principle that government derives its power from the people.
Outside of work, Kayla is family-first and enjoys spending time with her husband and children. When she has the opportunity, she loves getting lost in a good book.
