Morgan Worthy

Foundation Relations Officer |

Morgan Worthy is a Foundation Relations officer at Pacific Legal Foundation, where she crafts grant proposals and builds relationships with foundation partners to help secure the funding that powers PLF’s litigation.

Prior to joining PLF, Morgan worked with several organizations in the liberty movement, most recently as Grants manager with the Foundation for Economic Education, where she oversaw proposal development and post-award tracking for FEE’s development team. She found her way to foundation relations through writing, starting with donor-facing emails and eventually recognizing that her love of writing and eye for detail made grant writing a natural fit.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in human and organizational development and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Florida.

Outside of work, Morgan teaches yoga, works at her local indie bookstore, and shares book reviews on her Bookstagram account. A Florida native now living in Alabama, she is still adjusting to the intensity of SEC football rivalries.
