The delta smelt goes to the Ninth Circuit

Pacific Legal Foundation's challenge to the constitutionality of the federal government's delta smelt-based water cutbacks will be heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday, February 15. The hearing will take place at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 1 at the James R. Browning Courthouse in San Francisco.
