The Trenton (NJ) Times had this article on a couple victims of eminent domain abuse in New Jersey a couple weeks ago. Excerpt:
What do you do when a house that has been in the same family continuously for 256 years is taken by eminent domain? You do what George and Frances Rhoads did. You buy it back and have it moved. Then you begin the long process of having it restored and refurbished.
