U.S. Law Week interviewed me on the upcoming Supreme Court term. Specifically, I was asked about the petitions challenging Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. The article is available to subscribers, but the journal has graciously allowed me to provide access to the article for Liberty Blog readers. The article, which you can read here, discusses Fisher, the Voting Rights Act cases, and the “marriage” cases. It’s well worth your time.
