Vilsack: Curbing Eminent Domain Threatens Growth

Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack is one of only three state governors to veto attempts to protect property owners from eminent domain abuse. Now he's urging the legislature not to override his veto, because he thinks stealing people's property helps create jobs.
