Will Prop. 90 Be A Nail-Biter?

California's Proposition 90 is a teeter-totter tonight. With 33 percent of precincts reporting, KGO San Francisco is reporting that it's tipped into the "no" column with 51 percent against 49 percent "Yes." Sacramento's Channel 10 is agreeing with that, with 38 percent of precincts.
