Convention Project Faces Eminent Domain Hearing

South Lake Tahoe, Nevada (not far from where I live) is going forward with the condemnation of several businesses on Highway 50, to give the land to a developer who will "run a sales office out of the 1,600-square-foot building to start selling its 176 condominium units for about $450,000."
